  I recently had my 2011 Ford Explorer Limited serviced at Rainbow Ford in Rocky Mountain House. From the moment I drove on the lot I was greeted with hello's and smiley faces ☺ My vehicle was serviced to the manufacturer specifications in a timely, knowledgeable fashion. The staff at the Quick Lane went through the inspection sheet with me on each point, answering all of my questions. I appreciate the service and the staff at Rainbow. I am definitely a satisfied customer!

  Rainbow Ford treated us very well and reacted quickly to the complete breakdown of our Lincoln. The software issue stranded my wife in the parking lot after work! The vehicle went completely dead due to a "software update requirement" and it took two tries to get the vehicle back up and running. And there is no mechanism in place by Ford/Lincoln to notify owners of pending updates/requirements!! Really? As one of the technicians stated "this kind of issue makes us look really stupid!" and is not their fault - get it together FORD!

  I was a little disappointed when I got to the dealership to pick up our truck at 5:15 pm and it wasn’t done being serviced(oil change). I had to wait until 5:30 for it to be finished and my wife dropped it off at 11am that morning and even called the day before to book an appointment but was told that wouldn’t be necessary as it wasn’t very busy. Other than that the service was good.
