  I have to say this past visit to Burger Baron was fabulous. We had completed a great day of hiking around Abraham Lake and the reward was burgers and onion rings! I was not disappointed...my Mushroom burger was perfect :) Seems as though new management may be in place, everyone was super friendly and the place was clean! Highly recommend for great burgers!

  Ordered a "Halifax Style" regular donair, with sweet sauce but without the cheese, and a regular poutine.

  Restaurant seemed to be under renovations but appeared to be clean. Service was friendly.

  The donair: Enjoyable with fresh tomato and crisp lettuce. The sauce was spot on with the memories I have of the east coast donair. The Meat was sliced thinly, had the char, and spice I enjoy.

  the poutine: Perfect ratio of fries, gravy, shredded cheese. The gravy wasn't too salty for me.

  I went here a few years ago when it wasn't great, but since then they've really turned it around. Friendly staff, Clean, Organized and Really good food!
